Q: What currency is the shop in?
A: USD! HKD prices are also listed in the description as the store is based in Hong Kong!

Q: Do you ship to my country, and how much is shipping?
A: Due to (post) pandemic, some of the shipping services may still be suspended. Although most countries are still available to ship to, I recommend you check if your country is listed in this link! The standard shipping method is air mail (approx. 6-28 working days), which is 5 USD. However, some countries will have the option to choose E-Express (listed during checkout) -- a much quicker service (7-14 working days), which is 7-8 USD.

Q: How long will it take for items to be shipped?
I will generally ship the package after the order is placed within a week. You will recieve an email with the tracking number when your order is shipped!

Q: How long does it take for the package to arrive?
A: Please check below to see what shipping services are available to your country in order to estimate the time of arrival for your package.
  • Local Mail (Hong Kong) --> 1-2 business days
  • E-Express (Chinese Mainland, Japan, Indonesia, Macao, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Korea, Vietnam, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom, Australia, and the United States) --> 7-14 working days

  • Surface Registered Mail (Countries not listed above, please refer to this link to see if shipping is available to your country) --> 45-60 working days, approx. 2-3 months (Hopefully the situation gets better in the future, and more postal services will open up again...)

Q: My items haven't arrived yet! What should I do?
If your order hasn't arrived and has exceeded the estimated time, please contact me via the 'contact' page! In the mean time, please refer to your tracking number and check the order's delivery status with this link.

Q: Can I return my order?
There is a no-return policy for the shop. If there is a defect in the product or a mistake in the package, please contact me with evidence! I will either then send you another product according to your case, or issue a refund via paypal.

Q: I accidentally put the wrong shipping information! What should I do?
Please contact me ASAP with your name, order number and updated shipping information. Please note that I AM NOT able to make any changes after the item is shipped -- so please double check before you order! Please use the "contact" function of the website, or email me directly ([email protected]). Please DO NOT contact me via Instagram DM.
